Program Description:

Workplace conflict is inevitable – and in recent years, it seems the potential for it is ever-increasing. This workshop will help leaders understand the causes and effects of workplace conflicts, recognize the importance of addressing these conflicts, and provide actionable steps that can be used to manage conflict in a healthy, effective manner.

Justyna received her Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in 2014 from Florida Institute of Technology, her Master in Curriculum and Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, followed by her BCBA certification in 2016. She has authored and co-authored publications in Behavior Science of the 21st Century blog and Autism Parenting Magazine.

Katie Gallant started her career with Little Sprouts 18 years ago as a toddler teacher. In the years since, she’s held a variety of roles and has become an internal expert in landing and tracking family tours. Her Build Your Skills ChildCareCRM will focus on:

  • Exporting tours from CRM emails to Outlook calendars, which will decrease the chances of double booking and prepare you for families who are scheduled
  • Completing tours as they happen (or don’t) to ensure families are followed up within a timely manner
  • The advantages of detailed notes in tour complete descriptions, which convert families to “registered “faster
  • Completing the “starts today” task on the day the child starts to kick off nurture campaigns appropriately
Build Your Skills Procare with Finance Relationship Specialist, Paula Covino: Friday 4/22, 1:30-2:30 p.m.

Paula Covino has been an essential figure in our Finance Department for over 14 years. An expert in managing all data related to enrollment, she’s a supportive and vital resource for anyone looking to expand their own experience.

SIT For Autism - An Training for Assistant Directors

Intended for caregivers of young children with autism spectrum disorders, this training will focus on the characteristics of autism as well as skill development and strategies that can be used while sitting for a young child with autism. A detailed digital SIT preparation booklet will be provided to participants.
